Door and Conservatory Panels are available in 20, 24 or 28mm thickness to suit the standard UK glazing specifications, we can have other thicknesses can be manufactured if required.
Standard Door are manufactured from a Composite of 1.5mm PVC Fire Resistant vacuum formed skins permanently bonded to a flame retardant High Density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core. MDF reinforcement adding security and strength is supplied if specified. (9mm thick in a 28mm panel).
All sealed units are manufactured to EN1279 and supplied with toughened safety glass where possible (certain restrictions apply to the very smallest apertures in the Ashley and Karen Door Panels). A choice of Pilkington© patterned backing glass to create your own level of privacy is available for the majority of glazing options.
UPVC Door Panels require a suitable frame assembly to be fitted as a functioning door, we will obviously take care of this.
