What does it mean to be part of these organisations?

1) What is FENSA? FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment scheme. This is the leading body providing homeowner protection in the double glazing industry for windows and doors. FENSA works with double glazing contractors in England and Wales. In choosing a FENSA double glazing registered company the consumer is protected when purchasing double glazing for their home.

2) What is Trust Mark? Local, trustworthy and reliable tradesmen, operating to Government endorsed standards. Trust Mark is a not for profit organisation, licensed by Government and supported by consumer protection groups.

3) What is GGF? The Glass and Glazing Federation, or GGF as it is usually called, is the primary representative organisation for companies involved in all aspects of the manufacture of flat glass and products and services for all types of glazing, in commercial and domestic sectors. Members of the GGF include companies that manufacture and install energy efficient windows, in homes and commercial buildings, the performance glass used in every type of building from houses to high-rise towers and the components that are used to manufacture every type of glazing.

4) What is BFRC? The BFRC is the UK’s national system for rating Energy Efficient Windows.
